FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you still wondering...?
YES—the systems we teach inside the course are applicable to any current paper that’s coming into your house today as well as a backlog of documents from the past. It might take you longer than 24 days to get through your backlog, but with a system in place you’ll move through it much more quickly than you would’ve if you chose to tackle it without a plan.
We get it, life is busy. If you can’t spend 24 consecutive days working on this project, just move at your own pace. We recommend setting the goal to complete the process in under 60 days—otherwise you just won’t feel like you’re making much progress. For reference, that’s completing one lesson roughly every three days.
We get it, but this course is packed with valuable (and tangible) step-by-step processes laid out for you to follow in just 15-30 minutes per day. If you hired a professional organizer, they’d likely charge about $250/hour, and you’d still have work to do after they left. Plus, if you complete the course and don’t see progress you’re pleased with within 30 days, we’ll give your money back. What’ve you got to lose?
Absolutely! This course was designed for people without any previous experience with digitizing paper. If you can use the basic functions on your smartphone, you can definitely use the tech tools you need to go paper-less.
No problem! As soon as you join, all the course content is available to you to go through at your own pace. You don’t have to show up at any specific time. We don’t plan to ever remove your access to the course, so it’s yours for as long as you need. The only live components are two Q+A sessions, but you can submit your questions ahead of time, and we will post replays for those who can’t attend live.
The beauty of this system is that you can digitize as much or as little paper as you want. I won’t even to try to make you digitize any paper that you’d prefer to keep in paper form. In fact, I still have paper files and use paper regularly. This course will show you how you can integrate both digitized paper AND physical paper into your paper system so it works best for you. However, I think after you see the benefits of storing documents digitally plus how easy it is to do so, you’ll be excited to start digitizing!
Did you know that you don’t even have to have a scanner to go paper-less? That’s right! What I teach in The Paper-less System can be applied using just a smartphone with a camera. Of course, if you already have a scanner that you use and love, or if you’re wanting to invest in one, I’ll give some tips inside the course about using scanners and what my favorite type of scanner is. But having a scanner is absolutely not a necessity! Going paper-less is for everyone; scanner or no scanner!
If you’re eager to learn more about going paper-less but uneasy about the technology, let me assure you that you’re not alone, and that you have nothing to fear! There are two things you will need for this course: a smartphone with a camera and a computer. Odds are, you’re reading this email on one of those two devices! Do you know how to take a picture on your phone? Then you’re already well on your way to going paper-less! When it comes to organizing my files on the computer, I use something called Evernote, and it’s SUPER easy to use. I’ll teach you everything you need to know about Evernote inside the course, and I’m confident you’ll catch on quickly!
